Fresh Water for Kiribati
The Wider Mission Committee wishes to thank all who have contributed so generously to our 2016 Project “Climate Action – Fresh Water Tanks for Kiribati”. Just over $2,700 has been received. A wonderful result!
Sounds of Silence
On Sunday the 11th September “Sounds of Silence” will go bush! We are going for a hike. Starts at 7 am.

Last month the writing group read each other’s tales of growing up, expectations, a fishy tale with a twist and cheque-book theft. Garage Sale and Fete
The date for this event is Saturday 5th November. Start to sort out those cupboards and book shelves and more details soon.

Tofs will be meeting this Tuesday September 6th at 2 pm at the Church.
Our speaker will be Val Pastro on “Borraloola,”- setting up Preschool and training staff. Everyone is welcome to come and listen to this interesting speaker while sharing a cup of coffee and some warm fellowship with each other.
We are looking for some folk who wish to serve their church by assisting in cleaning our church facility. The intention is to use contract cleaners for the three toilets and kitchen area. Soup, Baked Beans, Casserole type meals, etc. are very welcome! These are delivered to Uniting Communities each week. Thank you to all who are donating!
