Spring Fair – 3rd November – 8am–1pm
We hope you have found some items to donate to the Spring Fair which is looming quickly. With the exception of large furniture items, good saleable items are required. This includes toys, books, giftware, glass and crockery items, kitchen ware, puzzles, games, manchester, clothes, artworks, DVD’s etc . It is planned that the shed will be open every Sunday morning from 30th September – 9.15-9.30am for convenient drop off.
To ensure that everything is ready to go for our Spring Fair, there will be a short meeting on
Sunday, 7th October after church at around 11am.
Everyone is welcome and if you have been involved in setting up and organising stalls previously, we certainly depend on your help again. Please put this date in your diary. Let’s look forward to our Spring Fair and
I encourage everyone to get involved in some way. For all enquiries, please see Di Curtis (0419-862-606)
Term 4 – 23rd October, 6th November, 20th November, 4th December
We will finish the term with a FULL HOUSE, and no respite in sight for Term 4! We continue to have inquiries from new families and would appreciate more adult helpers on the already active team. Every contribution, however small or large, is appreciated, so if you would like to join us in this outreach to our local community, please make contact. All offers are welcome. Bruce and Joy Stewart

Sally Stamp
This is a fundraising group operated by the Uniting Church Adult Fellowship in SA. They collect and prepare used stamps for resale to fund a variety of different ministries. They are always in need of postage stamps in good condition to add to their work. Last year was exceptional as they raised over $7,000 towards freight and relocation costs for South Pacific School Aid Inc. to send shipments to the Pacific Islands and beyond. The group was also able to donate $1,000 to Frontier Services Outback Patrol. So please keep dropping off your used stamps at Church!
